Prices are based on 6 people staying. Some of our caravans can accept 8 people. Please ask for extra charges. We can only accept bookings providing you are not traveling to and from a place of work or school. We cannot accept bookings from single sex groups or Sports groups

You can visit your local Halifax and make payment over the Counter.
SECURITY DEPOSITS TERMS & CONDITIONS
We will require a security deposit (Credit/Debit card details) to be held against any possible damage or the requirement for excess cleaning of the caravan. All of our caravans are NON SMOKING. Any person found to have smoked in the caravan will be charged £100 per offence. Smoking within a non-smoking area is now illegal, it is a criminal activity, and we generally need to air out the caravans for 2 days to remove the lingering smell.
Food & Drink are not permitted in the bedrooms of the caravans.
Dogs are allowed in our Dog friendly caravans. However they are not permitted in the bedroom areas of the caravan. If we find that dogs have been allowed in the bedrooms the linen and bedding will have to be discarded and replaced with new. The cost will be deducted from your Security deposit. If Dogs are left unattended in the caravans Hoburne Bashley have the right to ask you leave the site. If Dogs are left unattended then the use of a Dog cage is Highly recommended. This will ensure the condition of the caravan as well.
Electricity is included in the price providing it is fair usage. We allow £20 per week. The meter is read upon arrival and departure. If you use more than this you will be charged for the extra.
When booking a caravan the names of people staying will be required. The age of any under 18's in the group will also be required. Guests are not permitted in the caravans only the people registered at the time of booking. Failure to comply with this site rule could result in the entire group being asked to leave the site.
