FAQ'S

What time is check in and check out:

 

Check-in is from 3pm and Check-out is 10am. 

You can order early check-in of Midday for £25 and late checkout until Midday is £25

 

What do we do when you arrive on site:

 

When you arrive on site you need to call Gly Hughes on 07732 186 435

Please do not go to reception as they will not have your keys or any information about your booking as you have booked with a private owner.

 

Can we arrive before 3pm for check-in:

 

Yes you can arrive before the check-in time and if you have purchased facility passes you can use the facilities until the caravan is ready for occupation.

 

Are we allowed to bring a Pet to the caravans:

We have Pet friendly and will allow dogs to stay.  We have to register the Dog with Hoburne and check that the breed is not of a fighting type of Dog.

There is a £30 charge for Dog registraion, Payable when booking the caravan.  Any other kind of pet must be authorised by the site management so please ask.

 

Do we have to bring our own bedding and towels

You can either order a linen service (when booking) or you can bring your own.  We supply the quilts & pillows with protectors and mattress protectors.

You would need to bring a bed sheet, quilt cover & pillow case for each bed required.  The caravans have one double bed and 4 single beds.

 

Laundry & Ironing facilities

 

On site there is a laundrette with free iron's for use.  There are 6 washing machines and 4 tumbledryers.   There is also a spinning machine that takes 20p

Site Passes

 

Site facility passes are available at the time of booking for £45 per caravan per week.

This is for up to 6 people.
