Booking Procedure / Terms & Conditions

 

A £100 deposit is required to secure the dates requested.  The deposit is non refundable.  The balance will be due 6 weeks before the arrival date.  Payments for Site Passes, Linen Service, Dog Registration & Travel Cots are required 7 days before arrival.

 

We will require a security deposit (Credit/Debit card details) to be held against any possible damage or the requirement for excess cleaning of the caravan. 

 

All of our caravans are NON SMOKING.  Any person found to have smoked in the caravan will be charged £100 per offence. Smoking within a non-smoking area is now illegal, it is a criminal activity, and we generally need to air out the caravans for 2 days to remove the lingering smell.

 

  Cancellation Policy.  Should you wish to cancel your booking before the balance is due the £100 deposit is not refundable.  Should you wish to cancel your holiday after the balance payment has been made we can try to resell the holiday for you but cannot gaurantee we can achieve this. Dog's are allowed in some of our caravans.
