Bookings will only be accepted by family groups.
No single sex parties or groups of unaccompanied teenagers accepted.

1. RESERVATIONS
The application form should be completed in detail, together with a deposit of £50.00 per week. Balance is payable not less than six weeks before arrival and if not so received we may re-allocate the caravan without further notification.

2. CANCELLATION
The deposit and the balance of your booking fee may be refunded if you are obliged to cancel your holiday by letter (with your receipt) received up to six weeks prior to arrival. The circumstances which qualify for refunds are applicable to all members shown on the booking form. An administration charge of £25.00 will be charged for any cancellation for whatever reason.
Medical circumstances: Death, including that of a relative or close business associate.
Disablement (by accident, bodily injury or sickness) including that of a close business associate, childbirth, or compulsory quarantine. Above to be certified by a qualified medical practitioner.
If you have to cancel for whatever reason within six weeks prior to arrival the whole balance is due. If we can re-let the accommodation within this time we will refund the whole of the amount less the administration charge as above. We strongly advise you take out holiday insurance to cover this eventuality.

3. ARRIVALS
New arrivals must report to reception with authorisation (booking confirmation letter) in order to collect keys. If arriving after 7pm, prior notification must be given.

4. SPEED LIMIT
No vehicle may travel in the park at speeds exceeding 15 miles per hour. A 10 mile per hour limit exists in some areas.

5. PARKING
Car parking space is provided and cars are not permitted to park alongside holiday caravans.

6. LICENCE
The period of licence to occupy the accommodation is from 3pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.

7. PETS
NO PETS ARE PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

8. BYE-LAWS
The byelaws and conditions of the Local Authority must be observed and as must the usual rules relating to good caravanning.

9. CLOTHES LINES
Only hook on window type may be used. Laundry and drying facilities are available on the park.

10. SWIMMING POOL
Non-swimmers and all children under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

11. CHILDREN
Children are welcome in the family room (where available) accompanied by an adult. However, they are not permitted in the club bar during licensing hours.

12. Holiday makers need to supply their own linen, bottom sheets, duvet covers, tea towels, towels etc.

Where accommodation is taken it must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The customers will be responsible for damage done or loss sustained during their stay. Only those persons entered on the booking form will be allowed to use the accommodation, unless we are previously notified before the commencement of the booked date or dates.
